It's natural as we get older to start asking ourselves what we really want in our lives. Perhaps you've noticed, but life is a much shorter ride than we think it is. Despite our best intentions to make the best use of time, it's not uncommon to find ourselves feeling off-balance and out of touch with our own needs and desires as the days and years seem to pass by more quickly. We can't turn back the clock and return to an earlier age, but it is possible to recapture that youthful, vibrant spirit we had as kids and learn how to play more as adults. Whenever we pause long enough to remember what's important in our lives, a sense of freedom and joy naturally shows up.
Welcome to Playful Spirit Productions ~ a place where play is taken seriously and work is about doing what you really love. A place where it's not business as usual, but unusual business is what makes us genuine and unique. I believe the more childlike you are, the more likely you'll live a happier and healthier life. I've seen far too many adults become cynical and overly serious and as a result, the quality of their lives are significantly impacted by their own negative attitude and outlook. I'm committed to helping grown-ups lighten up and express more of their own playful spirit. As a facilitator, writer and movement artist, I provide information and inspiration in a variety of ways that encourage people to show up, be real and play big in their lives.
I am Lisa Evans, founder and facilitator of Playful Spirit Productions. I offer explorations, experiences and events that encourage and celebrate creative expression, free-form movement and play. Since 1999, I've worked with and inspired hundreds of people to live authentic and balanced lives.
