Beach Retreats For Women Reflections: Being Me by the Sea Cannon Beach, Oregon January 15-18, 2009
What is it that you really want?
Ever feel like you could use a few days to rest and reflect, laugh and play, and just be?
Would you love to spend some time in a beautiful place nourishing and strengthening your commitment to your overall health and wellbeing?
What would a relaxing and nurturing long weekend at the beach give you?
It's important for women to take time-out for themselves. You may already know this, but it's likely you don't take near enough time for yourself that you should. Women are experts when it comes to taking care of others, but they're not always the best at taking care of themselves. As we go about our lives, we might experience the feeling that we need to be nurtured just as much as we nurture those we love. The truth is...sometimes we have a difficult time stating what it is that we need not only from others, but from ourselves.
It's okay to be scared or even a bit intimidated by the woman who's hungry for more and wants to be heard. She may have been needing to take time out for herself for a very long time and the thought of putting herself first may be terrifying. Take heart that there are women just like you who feel similarly and would like nothing other than to give themselves permission to enter the holiday season by taking extremely good care of themselves.
This retreat will give you a few days to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect to who you are and what you want to create and experience for yourself as a new year begins. You'll learn how to listen to what is real and true. You'll explore and engage in things that bring you peace and pleasure. You'll spend time discovering, creating and celebrating the brilliance and beauty of you.

This retreat is for you if you want:
- More confidence & clarity
You'll be given specific tools to help you be more confident and clear about who you are and what you really want.
- Some time to relax & rejuvenate
You will have plenty of opportunities to rest and enjoy the beauty of

You will be intrigued, engaged and excited about the activities and adventures you'll have during the retreat.
The retreat begins Thursday evening, January 15 with a welcoming session and dinner at 6 p.m. and at ends Sunday, January 18 at 2 p.m. You'll be able to check in to your accommodations beginning at 3 p.m. so you'll have an opportunity to perhaps walk on the beach or take a stroll through town before meeting the women you'll be spending time with during the retreat.
Accommodations are in a large and lovely Cannon Beach home and all meals will be catered by a professional chef. Group activities will be held in the comfortable living room of the home (it has a beautiful ocean-view!) and depending on the weather, an off-site excursion is possible.
